Prepaid orders within India ship free. Orders dispatched in 2 business days via Blu-Dart with tracking.
Returns
Refunds only for damaged or defective products on prepaid orders. Request within 3 days of delivery with photos and Order ID. Refunds processed in 7–10 business days. Not valid on COD or sale items.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with ribbon and tags intact. No returns/exchanges on sale items.
Exchanges
Exchanges allowed within 5 days for size mismatches. If unavailable, store credit valid for 6 months will be issued. First exchange: free shipping; customer pays for subsequent exchanges.
