REFUNDS

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective products on prepaid orders.

  • To initiate a refund, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Clear photos of the damage

    • An unboxing video (strongly recommended)

  • Once verified and approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

RETURNS

  • To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 5 days from delivery.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for Sale items.

  • You can request an exchange for size mismatches within 5 days of delivery. If your required size is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit valid for 6 months. Store credit is redeemable across all styles and collections.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Ribbon and tags must be intact.

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.

  • Any signs of wear, wash, alteration, or missing ribbon/tags will void the return.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON COLOUR VARIATIONS

  • Slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen settings and rendering.

  • These variations are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the actual product colour may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if the ribbon and tags are still intact and the item is in perfect, unworn condition.

  • You can exchange your item for a different size or color within 5 days of purchase.

  • For first-time exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost.

  • From the second exchange onwards, the customer is responsible for sending the item back to us and will be charged shipping costs.

  • All exchanges must adhere to the condition requirements – no signs of wear or wash, the item must be in its original condition, and the ribbon and tags must be intact.
